In this day and age is there a real need to pit two women, who are already in a difficult environment, against each other? No, there shouldn't be. Especially with the media and fans who only prefer one woman or another it can ruin the atmosphere for fans of both women. This can be seen in the case of the Duchesses of Sussex and Cambridge.
Rather than fans coming together and blaming the media for the issues, the two women are pitted against each other and torn down by 'fans'. Or people talk about their husbands and blame the wives for their problems. If you are real fans of either women you would know that this is the last thing that either of them would want. Especially the Duchess of Sussex who has spoken out many times about women supporting women.
This never-ending stream of abuse towards both women comes from not only the media, but also self proclaimed 'royal experts', why should we listen to people who do not know anything about these women. Surely those best to talk about it are the women themselves? This treatment of royal women did not begin with the Duchesses of Sussex and Cambridge, but can be seen with Diana, Princess of Wales and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, and many others before them.
If anyone is in a place to tell us anything about the royal family it is surely the royal family themselves. Those who feel it necessary to tear one down because they do not like the other are surely not real fans of the women themselves, more people who feel the need to comment on something they know nothing about.
